Acoustic Bass Guitars

The first groups used the very large acoustic basses, then electric basses. Now there are much more convenient ways to go to get the acoustic bass sound. There are fretless models too. Because of the smaller body size, there is usually a pick up system installed.

These acoustic bass guitars are usually tuned E A D G low to high, one octave lower than a standard 6 string guitar.
